U Bend Tubes as per ASTM B 395

U' Tubes are Manufactured in our Plant as per the Customer requirements. Bends can be Heat Treated in Accordance with Clients' requirements followed by Hydrostatic Testing and Dye Penetrant Testing if required. Latest Type of 'U' Bending Machine is used for Precision Cold Bending of Tubes. Specifically Prepared Jigs & Fixtures are used to ensure Three Dimensional accuracy for 'U' Bend Tubes. Bending is done for all kind of Heat Exchanger, Condenser, Economizer, Boiler Tubes. Subsequent to 'U' Bending Tubes are Hydro Tested & Stress relieved if asked for. Also Mock-up Pieces are Prepared for Determining Thickness Reduction on the Bend Portion. Dye Penetrant Testing on the Bend Portion is done ro Detect Cracks, Flaws or any type of defect. Special Packing is Provided to Prevent any damages during Transit.
