With over four decades of industrial expertise, Jaydeep Tubes has mastered the art and science of producing high-performance Copper, Cupronickel, Nickel, and Brass tubes that meet the most demanding technical specifications. In 1999, Jaydeep Tubes inaugurated its state-of-the-art industrial facility spread across 12,000 square meters in Umbergaon, GJ, designed to integrate advanced production technology with stringent quality assurance systems. The facility boasts an annual production capacity of 3,500 metric tons, with a strategic expansion plan to achieve 10,000 metric tons in near future.

Equipped with modern extrusion, annealing, and testing units, the manufacturing plant ensures precision engineering and reliability in every product. Continuous investments in technology and manpower training have enabled the company to maintain a high standard of operational excellence and environmental responsibility.
